The Electronic Health Record, the most fundamental element of your patient care.
The optomap ultra-wide digital retinal imaging system helps you and your eye doctor make informed decisions about your eye health and overall well-being. Combining your eye doctor’s expertise and optomap technology, optomap brings your eye exam to life.
Daytona's exclusive Virtual Point™ technology provides an unmatched 200° view of the retina in one panoramic image. This ulta widefield retinal imaging system is even more advanced than the Optos Optomap P200 that we have used previously. The Optos retinal mapping system captures an unparalleled image of the inside of your eye so that our doctors can better understand the current health of your eyes and track changes that may occur over time as your eye health and body's overall changes.
The new system is more compact, ergonomically designed for better comfort, and gives better imaging. All to help you.
Zeiss CIRRUS OCT
Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) is a non-invasive imaging test. OCT is a unique test because it allows our doctors to look at cross-sectional layers of the retina (the nerve tissue and blood vessels in the back of the eye). Each of the ten layers in the retina can be viewed in amazing detail.
The Cirrus™ HD-OCT allows the doctor to measure the thickness of each layer to aid in the early diagnosis and long-term management of many retinal diseases and conditions. These include age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, pre-retinal membranes, macular swelling, macular holes, cystoid macular edema, central serous retinopathy, glaucoma and optic nerve damage.
Octopus Visual Field
Designed around the patented INTERZEAG direct projection system the OCTOPUS sets the trend in perimetry for the next decade. Ideal for routine screening and threshold examinations. This tool helps us determine any loss in function in your vision.
Huvitz Automated Exam Lane
Unlike many conventional diagnostic devices, the HRK-8000A Auto Refractor / Keratometer is based on Hartmann-Shack wavefront sensor, which analyzes many focal spots of a light wavefront. It has the ability to measure not just the basic refraction error of a customer, but to obtain a spatially resolved refraction map.
The new Huvitz HRK-8000A utilizes a unique wavefront analysis algorithm and surpasses conventional and simple refraction offering added values with high order aberration data output for customized lenses and observation of patients before and after refractive surgery.
Huvitz introduces the new standard in design and digital technology. The HLM-7000 automated lensmeter is more beautiful, more comfortable and more stable. Using an advanced algorithm that allows for improved accuracy and speed, you can automatically measure all lens types. The HLM-7000 also features an extensive diopter measurement range and two separate prism modes, as well as a built-in PD sensor, exact UV level assessment, and the ability to measure even very small progressives. Other specialty features include a dark sunglass mode and an intuitive icon-based graphic interface. All this, plus a sleek, compact design featuring an adjustable LCD screen for comfortable viewing and operation make the HLM-7000 hard to beat.
The HDR-7000 is directly connected to our Auto Ref/Keratometer and Auto Lensmeter for assurance of speed and accuracy during your exam; it has a wide range of capabilities including direction connection with our electronic health records, again for speed and accuracy of your refraction.
Carl Zeiss Meditec has taken the world’s leading corneal topography system and made it better. Sanet Vision Integrator
Using a 50" touch screen monitor, the SVI is designed to improve visual abilities for a wide range of patients with visually-related learning problems, strabismus, amblyopia, and traumatic brain injury. It is also very effective for sports vision enhancement work with athletes. The key features that make this "all in one" instrument so useful are the variety of programs and many ways that visual abilities can be enhanced. The programmable instrument incorporates features of a saccadic trainer, virtual rotator, tachistoscope and programmable metronome. The SVI instrument actually "speaks", instructing the patient to respond to verbal commands, improving auditory-visual integration and memory. The SVI can be used to enhance the following visual abilities: Pursuits, saccades, fixation stability, eye-hand coordination, visual reaction time, speed and span of recognition, automaticity, and contrast sensitivity, plus visual and auditory sequencing and memory. In addition it is extremely effective when working with visual acuity improvement in patients with amblyopia, ABI patients with visual field loss, visual-spatial neglect, and visual-vestibular integration problems, and with patients with rhythm, reading and math problems.
